My family and I have been going to Sanket for the passed five years and their loyalty to customers and speedy service along with their advanced capabilities keep taking me back. Every time I go back I am amazed by how many new tests can be run and how their staff and management are such professionals when attending to the needs of my family and I. Honestly the best lab in Zambia to meet your needs and I recommend them to anyone who needs to run tests.

Very bad customer service by Mr Patel. One of the most arrogant people I have met that is in this field. He has no decency of how to speak to a customer even when they are standing infront of him. The services are not are cheap or free yet he treats the customers like he is doing them a favour. Very wrong!!
