Zambia State Insurance Corporation Limited - Ndola

What should I do to get my money which I contributed for 15 years from July 2004 to July 2019? I submitted all the necessary documents here in Luanshya in August 2019.

Please explain to me why it has taken almost three years pleading for my money. I started saving with ZSIC in 2011 up to 2015. in 2016 i went the branch in Luanshya and everything was said to take 30 days but upto now am just told wait. I was saving for my daughter's school fees and my now i have two two children in school and still nothing. I thought saving with government was secure but it has been a night mare. Please help
