Tigmoo - Lusaka, Zambia

I've used Tigmoo for a few years now and am going to find another service provider. Their customer enquiries are generally very slow to respond or they don't respond at all, especially if I make a complaint or ask a hard question. Parcels from the USA take on average 25 days or more, not the 10 to 14 days they tell you when you sign up. Every parcel is unpacked and inspected by Tigmoo before dispatch to Zambia yet they don't eliminate wasteful space in the parcel and then charge you more than DHL or Fedex to ship the parcel. "it's the volume weight calculation Sir" Zero interest in customer care or good relations.
I would recommend finding a differnt service provider or simply paying for DHL or Fedex. At least they are quick and responsive to enquiries.
For UK parcels, Tigmoo is generally good and the parcels take around 10 to 14 days to get to Zambia.
