Who gave authority to start deducting from my salary give me your location

How can you state deductions without any agreement with the client? The insurance without a name and location. Wherever you are I will get you.

Who gives you the right to deduct money from someone you have never had contact with?
Do you realise that you disturb other people's budgets?

To my surprise you started deduction from my salary without my permission. Day light stealing.no policy number no contract.no terms and conditions.

I had stsrted contributing towards my daughters education in 2012 and in 2016 my contributions had matured, how do i go about claiming these monies ? My names are Ng'onga Francis and my NRC No. ********/67/1 i'm in livingstone working for ministry of health
