Our client, a farm in Mkushi, seeks an Agriculture Farm Manager to be responsible for all farming activities, including producing crops for export and local demand, setting up various machinery such as planters, spreaders, sprayers, combines, center pivot and drip irrigation systems, and managing over 500 farm workers.

Requirements
- Plan, implement, manage and monitor labour activities and productivity
- Plan and implement crop production activities
- Manage over 1500 hectares of wheat, 500 hectares of seed maize, 100 hectares of potatoes and Minimum of 500 hectares cover crop
- Record keeping – production, input use and labour records
- Achieve set yield targets as well as expected quality standards
- Set up irrigation schedules and systems
- Set up various machinery: planters, spreaders, sprayers and combines to name a few.
