Experience	3 Years
Education Level	Diploma Level
Qualifications	Diploma or Degree plus 3+ years working experience is a must
Skills To	CLOSE DEALS and provide excellent customer service before and after sales, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Ability To	Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Other Requirements	Able to cover the following locations: Ndola, Luanshya and Kitwe

Requirements

Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and SALES TARGETS
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking
Identify the correct clientele
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials, including digital content, advertisements and renewals (Billboards, radio, flyers,) and sales collateral
Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events, to generate leads and drive customer engagement
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to conduct sales and marketing strategies
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote its products or services
