Review of United Party for National Development (UPND)

Ihave listern to the interview the President had on radio and he was spot on on a number of issues. However, i would like the President to segment the Zambians into sectors according their needs. for example the youths(both from University or college and those who dropped out of school), the pensioners, the elderly who have never worked, the workers, the unemployed by employable and those unemployer but engaged in other economic activity. what is your view on social pension for the elderly who are just 2% of the 13million Zambian population. what your view on providing agricultural solutions based on region or province capability ie fishing in Luapula, beef and milk production in southern and western. and lastly do we need more hospitals or a good living environment where there is good and clean water supply, do away with shanty coumpound for decent accommodation. i end here thank you.
