Review of Aquarite Limited

We have been getting water from Aquarite for the last 4 years, each year their services have dwindled. Every time we have requested for water it has taken them almost 2 days to deliver. We are on the great east road route, it beats me as to why every time we request a day before they'll they are at the airport when we follow up the next day which makes no sense as we are on the way to the airport, I don't see why they can pass our offices to go all the way to the airport like we are requesting to borrow rather than buying payment upon delivery. It's a shame because pretty soon we'll move to another firm that is more consistent in following up on clients requests.
