Review of Katongo Kapala

Am charles chota (Shaka) the firth child of Mr Taulo chota Headman at Chilombe's Village 4 km from katongo kapala. I was brought up in that area since my third grade. The area has exallent farming portential, I mean natural fertility, good rainfall and a number of realiable rivers. However there is need for Goverment and private sector to assist the community in a number of ways e.g the road and bridges.
