06 November 2017: At the time of purchasing the ticket from Lusaka to Mwinilunga we have been charged by the cashier K230.00 for the ticket and K200.00 for the luggage, but when we came to load it on the bus, the driver refused to take it unless we pay another k300.00 to him directly.
07 November 2017:The bus is scheduled to leave at 0600 am. It left at 0810 am
It arrived to Solwezi at 22.30 and driver announced that he is not going to Mwinilunga.
08 November 2017: we had to fight all morning with the Ticklays stuff on the phone in Solwezi and Lusaka to put our guy on another bus to Mwinilunga. As result he has been taken by one of the coaches after paying another k100.00.
The phone numbers you can find online are not responding or belong to other companies.
We are intending to take this issue further.
