Terrible
I put a picture in front of Julie asking for a specific color and the result of it was nothing near what I asked for. My hair looks exactly how it did when I came in here except with white zebra like streaks running through it. Extremely disappointed and would NOT recommend her at all. Additionally she was unfriendly and off putting. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE!
