my concern is on one of your employees whose conduct is retrogressive to your reputation and operations, his name is Josphat Ngalande a driver who is in a habit of moving with your vehicle in the night and starting up fights, in one incident which occurred on 11th march, 2019 he started a fight with a certain family which people said were his in laws, and amidst this fight, a group of people rose against him as he was beating his in law, a woman, the mob almost smashed the vehicle which he managed to drive away before being damaged.He is equally a suspect of computers theft from his former employers in solwezi, with this said, i suggest that before its too late you should interrogate him on the solwezi scandal, how was he dismissed.
