After crooking us your clients with joining unwanted insurance policies, thereafter premiums deducted and that victim closes that policy and make claims. Should it honestly take you a seemingly reputable institution six months to repay back an amount less than a thousand kwacha despite several physical reminders? Do you really deserve to exist in Zambia?
