Why do you keep agents who are not honest with clients? After crooking us your clients with joining unwanted insurance policies, thereafter premiums deducted and that victim closes that policy and make claims. Should it honestly take you a seemingly reputable institution six months to repay back an amount less than a thousand kwacha despite several physical reminders? Do you really deserve to exist in Zambia?
