Mrs. Gift Mushili Delvin is Zambian born, Gift has been running prosperous businesses in Zambia & Canada, she also has a Canadian pilot accreditation.
Gift is looking after the day to day business, plus she is responsible for our Product sales department including the import-exports.

Our Operation Director,
Mr. Henry Delvin is Canadian born. Henry is looking after the construction side of the business. Henry has a Canadian Certified Accredited Pipefitter & Plumber certification. Henry has worked in the USA with large Engineering firm, & Large Canadian Oil company.
Henry’s expertise includes Mining, Industrial, Commercial, Institutional projects. He has multi safety certifications obtained in Canada, including: Train the trainer, Train WHIMIS, Safety Management, Safety auditor, Incident investigation, he is also facilitated to write Safety manuals and to perform Safety audits.
Henry managed Multi discipline large Construction Projects in Canada & abroad

MDC Ltd. has obtained a contract in Western Africa (Burkina Faso & Ivory Coast)
Client: Pan African Minerals.
The contract consist of;
• Negotiating with local authorities & farmers regarding housing & Crop compensation program / relocation negotiation / Environmental impact
• Construction management of; new housing, new bypass roads, Transshipment terminals, Rail road refurbishment.
