How Roadside Assistance can help?
In the event of a Breakdown where the Vehicle cannot be driven, our technical team will assess and provide the appropriate service(s) detailed below within your cover limits.
The below services are provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week in Lusaka, Livingstone, Ndola and Kitwe towns. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe to attend a Breakdown in Country Areas when requesting assistance, where possible.
Within Lusaka Area, there are 30km Radius Free limits to the distance. Outside this area, an Our Technical Contractor will provide service as soon as possible by travelling the most direct/feasible route from their base to your Breakdown location and return to the below maximum limits:

The goal of the Defensive Driving Course is to reduce the frequency and severity of costly motor vehicle accidents. The intention is also to reduce the organization liability and insurance cost by educating the drivers on the safety when performing their job. The course will include video, discussion, hands-on demonstrations, and a written exam so the employer maintains the legally required training documentation for their drivers.


The main thing to remember about defensive driving is that the driver must always PREDICT and ANTICIPATE what drivers and other road users (pedestrians, bike riders etc.…) may do and what to do to avoid it. The driver should constantly look ahead, bearing in mind;

• If the driver ahead of him slams on the brakes?
• What if that parked car opens a door?
• What if someone cuts in front of me?
• What if someone runs a red light?
• What if the driver from the opposite direction loses control and takes his lane.
