The UVB-1 unit is designed is such way, that it can be used for production of any type of bitumen emulsion (anionic or cationic)

Emulsions are an essential part of modern road construction. Road building companies use emulsions for priming the road surface before applying asphalt, surface treatment, creating of a thin protective coating, patch repairs and preparation of cold asphalt mixtures.

The unit can be installed in any type of asphalt mixing factory and is designed for operation, both indoors and in open space under a canopy.

The UVB-1 unit is semi-automatized and simple to operate, so it requires the only one machine operator.

The CMM-4/7 unit is designed for heating, degassing, drying and purification of transformer oil from mechanical impurities, the process can be done during power transformers operation, with voltage up to 1150 kV.

The machine can also be used to heat oil-filled electrical apparatus with hot transformer oil or for vacuum drying and evacuation of the transformer. The equipment is used during installation, repairs and maintenance that involve the treatment of transformer oil.

CMM-1CF deals with highly watered oils with the water content more than 50%. The unit was developed for processing of hydraulic, turbine, transformer and other types of industrial oils, as well as diesel fuel, kerosene and petroleum.

The process of water removal lays in principle of coagulation. Water infiltrates the special filter, that collects molecules into small droplets, which flow down the filter surface into a special sump.

There is also a cartridge filter with filtration fitness of 1, 3, 5 or 25 μm for removal of practical matter from oil.
