The Pan Africa Exchange (PANEX) is an international exchange with a focus on the Pan-African region. We are a demutualised, fully electronic multi-asset exchange with a mission to create fair and transparent markets for the African continent. We provide price discovery and innovative solutions to enhance fairness and transparency in trading between small-scale farmers, traders, and agro-processors. Additionally, we offer hedging mechanisms to reduce counter-party risk and finance through an electronic warehouse receipt system. As an exchange, we are licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission in Zambia and provide an efficient platform for the allocation and flow of capital between issuers and investors with listings of equity and debt.
