Is it in order for individuals to start quarry activities in residential areas?.
Here in Chilanga, some individuals have ganged up and are using about ten trucks and an excavator to mine gravel in a residential area. As a result of their activities, an illegal dam is developing.
There is a lot of noise and unbearable durst in the atmosphere.
