Question for Hotel & Catering Association Of Zambia

I would like to know what the law or regu;ation is regarding the storage of foodstuff. We just had a case where the Local Council wanted to confiscate prossesed meat that had a "Best Before"date that was on the 10th November and the 21 October 2018.
