Question for Zed Visa Immigration Services

I have someone who would like to come and settle in Zambia. He is a qualified Artchitect/Quantity Surveryor. He cannot afford to come in as an investor. What permit would you advise he should apply for?

If he had to apply for a work permit, what are the chances of him getting it approved considering he has not yet been offered a job by any company?
