Question for Don Bosco Youth Centre

Do allow someone like me who doesn't have any certificate of grade 9 or 12 but he knows how to write to do your course at your school? Iam interested to do mechanical fitting I work as a plant fitter in the plant but I dont have any paper. How can you help me
