Review of Lee Yeast (z) Ltd

I bought a tub of your yeast this month. Expiry date 02/2013. !!
It is useless.
It doesn't rise.
I used 1 +a half teaspoon to one kg flour.
I have cooked for 45 years, and know how yeast works, and how to use it.
I have tried it 3 times, to check if I was doing something wrong.
On monday, in the supermarket check out, a lady was about to buy a tub of
your yeast, and I advised her against it.
Where are your ethics selling a sub standard product.
