Review of Copperbelt Forestry Company Ltd

We placed an order for 2 doors at the Lusaka Office on 19.01.2013. The order was passed to Kitwe. 17 days later on 5th February we received a quotation and immediately on that day paid a cash deposit of K500.
Up to now, March 6th, the doors are still nor ready despite several promises! That is 46 days after the order was placed.
What has made it worse is that we have received no information but have had to make phone calls and visits to the Lusaka office to find out what is going on.
We have now cancelled the order and demanded our money back. It will be interesting to see how long this will take!
We would like to hear the management's comments on the above.
