Responsible for ensuring client service delivery is at the optimal level and all recruitment and outsourcing projects are managed well by providing general human resources support including staffing, recruitment, orientation, performance management, payroll & benefits management, employee relations, communication and off-boarding services.

Requirements
  • Liaise with clients to conduct audit on delivery of recruitment and outsourcing assignments
  • Source for new recruitment and outsourcing clients
  • Develop and maintain outsourcing policies, procedures and accompanying checklists
  • Ensure legal compliance with respect to outsourcing, secondment, and project employees
  • Prepare outsourced employees for assignments by conducting orientation and training programs
  • Develop job descriptions for all outsourced, seconded and project-based employees
  • Manage pay plans, timesheets, monitoring of overtime pay and leaves, administration of benefit
  • Manage grievance and disciplinary matters according to company policies
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the finance and administration team
  • Develop performance targets and motivate the team to achieve KPI’s and company goals
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews
  • Compile tender documents and proposals
