- Marketing Management: Lead the marketing team in creating and executing marketing campaigns that raise awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
- Regional Business Expansion Management: Lead the execution of regional expansion strategies, including market research, partnership development, and sales team deployment.
- Pay-As-You-Go Financing: Development and management of pay-as-you-go financing options to make solar products more accessible to customers.
- Repayment Tracking: Oversee the implementation of systems to monitor and track customer repayments, ensuring high collection rates and minimizing defaults.
- Customer Onboarding Management: Oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new customers.
- Department Strategy Development: Develop and execute the commercial department’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with RDG Energy’s overall business objectives.
- Departmental Leadership and Governance: Provide strong leadership to the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, honesty and continuous improvement.
