This role works collaboratively with all departments to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and assist maximize profitability of the bank and responsible for tracking operating expenses, and preparing expense analysis reports.

Knowledge Of	Cost accounting

Other Requirements	Experience in data, operational and financial analysis

Requirements

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the cost performance of the Bank.
Analyze un-paid commitments to establish accurate accruals and maintain an up-to-date vendor payment tracker.
Maintain an accurate register of related party transactions.
Perform weekly/periodic physical inventory reconciliations.
Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers.
Assist in developing and implementing proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
Work closely with the Human Resource and Administration Department in the procurement process.
Work closely with all Departments and assist in expense budget formulation during the budgeting process.
Oversea and always ensure adherence to Vendor Management Process.
Any Other work assigned by the supervisor.
