The focus of this role encompasses providing overall strategic business direction and overseeing operations in order to ensure that the non-deposit taking micro-finance’s objectives and goals are effectively and efficiently achieved.

Qualifications	Masters degree/MBA beneficial
Software	Microsoft office
Knowledge Of	Bank of Zambia and Financial Services Industry regulatory requirements is essential
Skills To	Credit and Risk management exposure is essential
Ability To	Meet deadlines and work under pressure, work effectively with and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
Other Requirements	Experience in working with multi-functional teams operating in various locations

Requirements

Work closely with the CFO to monitor the application and expenditure of financial resources in order to ensure that the resources are allocated to where they are needed the most and also most beneficial to the interest of the company
Review of monthly budgets and management accounts
Design, implementation and monitoring of risk management systems and strategies
Grow shareholder value and drive profitability
Execute the strategic financial objectives set by the Board
Should be able to demonstrate improvement of quality and efficiency on financial services and innovations that include service delivery and processes
Identify and develop new funding sources
Managing relationships with all of our key stakeholders
Providing support to related companies as and when required
Identify and drive improvements in the performance of Zambian Team Leaders and Functions
