An organisation in the motor industry is looking for a personable service advisor to act as the liaison between their customers and service technicians. The successful candidate will be the point of contact between customers who bring their vehicles into the dealership for repair and the technicians who provide services to the vehicle. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to determine which repairs are necessary, and the repair timelines and provide the technicians with accurate repair descriptions about the customers concerns.

Requirements
- Organise and schedule service work for the workshop
- Sell additional services to workshop customers
- Advise and inform customers about their vehicles
- Advise customers of quotations for their vehicles in service
- Inform customers that their problems will be resolved in time
- Always be ready to provide information that is asked by customer
- Check customers vehicles before and after it is repaired
- Invoicing and working with job cards as well as the booking in and out of vehicles
