Our client is a reputable company in the automotive industry. They are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to organize all departmental activities to ensure the most efficient and profitable operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Class 1 journey man certification and have at least 3 years experience as a Workshop /Service Manager.

Requirements
- Assist in providing technical /diagnostic support to workshop team to perform work as outlined in accordance with dealership standards.
- Assist in ensuring quality control checks are carried out on all repair orders and keep comebacks at minimum levels.
- Assist in customer communications where technical input is necessary.
- Confirm all diagnostic equipment is updated with latest software released to comply with OEM monthly target.
- Ensure that all work in progress is attended to within the stipulated timelines and the required parts are ordered in time.
- Assist Sales and Service team on all periodic auditing.
- Direct and manage the staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Ensure all Service Actions and Warranty repairs are attended to in accordance with set standards and requirements.
