Job Presentation
The Head of Finance will play a crucial role in supporting the financial strategy, reporting to the Interim CFO. This position is a steppingstone to the CFO role, with the successful candidate expected to assume the CFO position upon completion of the Interim CFO's contract, subject to performance evaluation

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (Zambia: ZICA - Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants)
SoftwareProficient in financial software and systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.)
Knowledge OfPaygo industry, financial regulations, and standards in Zambia, credit management, financial risk management, and internal controls
Skills ToFinancial management and reporting, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making, leadership and team management and • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability ToWork under pressure and meet deadlines.
