The Head of Finance will play a crucial role in supporting the financial strategy, reporting to the Interim CFO. This position is a steppingstone to the CFO role, with the successful candidate expected to assume the CFO position upon completion of the Interim CFO's contract, subject to performance evaluation

| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (Zambia: ZICA - Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants) |
| Software | Proficient in financial software and systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.) |
| Knowledge Of | Paygo industry, financial regulations, and standards in Zambia, credit management, financial risk management, and internal controls |
| Skills To | Financial management and reporting, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making, leadership and team management and • Excellent communication and stakeholder management |
| Ability To | Work under pressure and meet deadlines. |
| Other Requirements | Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and process |
