Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of vehicle parts, supporting both sales and after-sales service operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control and supply chain management in the automotive sector.

Requirements
  • Parts Manager of parts Division with overall responsibility of the company’s parts Division performance
  • Manage the parts business to maintain an active inventory that is within the financial guideline established by the group
  • Promote customer satisfaction aftersales standards and attain group objectives
  • Contribute to group profitability
  • Establish and maintain a shipping and receiving process and policy
  • Establish annual budgets and report on monthly achievements
  • Establish wholesale routes, delivery timetables , check – in and inspection procedures
  • Maintain catalogs, price schedules, and other technical bulletins
  • Implement parts processes that support customer satisfaction Aftersales standards
  • Monitor results of the customer satisfaction service survey and implement process strategies to continually improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Establish and maintain an inventory control system that meets the company’s internal warranty , wholesale and retail customer’s needs for parts and accessories
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures that result in a safe work environment
  • Establish and maintain practices designed to train, develop and motivate departmental employees.
  • Establish and maintain core handling procedures, including location, documentation, material returns, designating personnel, etc
