Requirements

  • Clean and pre-process raw data to prepare it for analysis.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Use statistical techniques and tools to analyse datasets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover key metrics and correlations.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making, such as customer behaviour, market trends, or operational performance.
  • Safeguard sensitive data by following company protocols and security standards.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist senior management with any ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Manage schedules and appointments and coordinate meetings for executives and key team members.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimise operations.
  • Coordinate office resources, including supplies, equipment, and vendor services
  • Handle basic HR functions, such as onboarding, record-keeping, and office training coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the leadership team
